Use of the website
The website is provided to give information about the property and to allow requests for a stay. You undertake to use it lawfully, without compromising its operation or its security.
Availability and prices
Information on services, availability and rates is indicative and may change. It does not constitute a binding offer: the relationship is formed only upon confirmation of the booking. Online bookings are handled through the RoomRaccoon system, subject to its terms and to those of the property.
Bookings, guarantee and cancellation
When booking, the full details of at least one valid credit card must be provided as a guarantee. To confirm the booking, the property may carry out a pre-authorisation on the card: this is not a charge, but a check that the card is valid, with a temporary hold on the amount of the first night. If the pre-authorisation is unsuccessful, the booking is not considered valid. In the event of a late cancellation, the property is authorised to collect the amount due, including by releasing the pre-authorised sum.
Cancellation must be notified in writing by email to info@hotelmiramarenoli.it:
- up to 5 days before the date of arrival: free cancellation, no penalty;
- after that deadline, or in the event of a no-show, for stays of up to 3 nights: the first night is charged;
- after that deadline, or in the event of a no-show, for stays of more than 3 nights: 35% of the total price of the booking.
Non-refundable rates booked through third-party channels (e.g. Booking.com) follow the terms of that channel: in the event of cancellation or amendment, no refund is provided. Nor is any refund due to a guest who cuts short a stay already begun: the full amount of the booked stay remains payable.
Guests who expect to arrive late at night, or who need an invoice rather than a tax receipt, are asked to notify the hotel before arrival.
Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, trademarks and other content on the website are protected and may not be reproduced without the owner's authorisation.

The website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. restaurants, guides, the booking system): we are not responsible for their content or for their data practices.
Limitation of liability
Although we take care to keep the content up to date, we do not guarantee that it is always complete or free of errors, to the extent permitted by law.
Applicable law
